The Short Shifter is made with high strength billet steel and nickel plated for ultra low friction and corrosion resistance. The throw is reduced up to 40%, and shift knob height is reduced by 1 to 3 inches depending on the model.

Bolt on fitment for my wagon, nothing had to be messed with like is often the case with aftermarket parts. Shifts feel much crisper now and it used the factory thread for the shift knob. The only drawback is not only is the throw shorter - but the lever itself is too. Might be a pro for someone else though. The reason I got a short throw shifter was so I could use a longer shift knob as I thought the stock shifter placement was a little too low - so be aware that it lowers the knob by around 1.5-2” I had a longer one already kicking around to use for now and am planning on making an even taller one later.
