3. Ordering & Payments

  • Order Acceptance: The receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not guarantee that we have accepted your order. STANCE MOTORSPORT retains the right to accept or decline your order at any time.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other listed payment methods at checkout.
  • Fraud Prevention: Orders flagged as fraudulent or suspicious may require verification before processing.
  • Cancellations: Orders canceled before processing will incur a 5% processing fee. If an order has already been processed, it will be treated as a return and subject to a 10% restocking fee, with return shipping paid by the buyer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Standard handling time is 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping Carriers: We use reputable carriers for domestic and international shipments.
  • Lost or Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If a package is lost, please contact us for assistance.
  • International Shipping: Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Refusal of an international shipment may result in additional charges.
  • Backorders: If an item is on backorder, customers will receive an email notification within 24 hours.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Return Policy: Returns must be requested within 30 days of the shipment date. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
  • Restocking Fee: Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless otherwise specified.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Scratch & Dent items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
    • Special order items, custom-built parts, and certain performance products are not eligible for return.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
  • Cancellations: If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned according to our return policy.

  • Installation & Use: All installations are at the customer's own risk. We hold no responsibility for mechanical, electrical, or other failures resulting from the use of aftermarket products.
