How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return or cancellation request, please fill out the return form below or contact our support team with your order number and details regarding your request. If applicable, please include photos to help us quickly review the issue.

Once your request is received, our team will guide you through the next steps based on your order status and eligibility.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets the following conditions:
The item is brand new, unused, unmounted, and in its original packaging. Wheels must not show signs of installation, modification, or road use to qualify.
All Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
The item has not been installed, modified, or used in any way.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Scratch & Dent Items: All Scratch & Dent or Blemished items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable in the product description.
  • Custom-made, special-order, or clearance items.
  • Electrical parts, unless defective upon arrival.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and processed:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing time is typically 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
If a refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider.

Additional Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different set of wheels, the original item must be returned (if eligible), and a new order will need to be placed separately.

This ensures accurate inventory handling and proper fitment verification for each order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your wheels arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order details and clear photos or video of the issue.

We will review the case and work toward a replacement or appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

Scratch & Dent Items – Final Sale

All Scratch & Dent or Blemished, or clearance wheels, are sold at a discounted price and are final sale. These items may have cosmetic imperfections but remain fully functional. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for these products. These items are sold as-is and are clearly marked prior to purchase. Please review all product details before purchasing.
