At STANCE MOTORSPORT INC., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below before requesting a return or exchange.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and include tags
A receipt or proof of purchase is required
You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning your item

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
Defective Items: We cover return shipping.
Non-Defective Items: Customers are responsible for return shipping and packaging. We do not provide return labels or return packaging.
Restocking Fees:
Standard: 10% restocking fee
Items that are used, missing original packaging, or incomplete: 15–20% restocking fee

Returns sent without prior RMA approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for select products (as noted on individual product pages).
If eligible, return the item and place a new order after your return is approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Custom or personalized items.
Back-ordered Items.
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items or gift cards.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.
EU customers are also responsible for return shipping and packaging.
We do not provide return labels or packaging materials for EU returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
We will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
