How to Request a Cancellation

Your order number
The reason for cancellation
Confirmation that you understand the 5% cancellation fee

Our team will check the status of your order and process your request if eligible.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, you must submit your cancellation request before your order has been processed for shipment. Orders that have already entered processing, fulfillment, or shipping cannot be canceled.

Cancellation Fee: A 5% processing fee will apply to all canceled orders, not applicable to unacknowledged backordered items. This fee covers non-refundable transaction charges and administrative costs.


How to Request a Cancellation: Contact us immediately at sales@stancemotorsport.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will verify the status of your order and confirm if cancellation is still possible.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Instead, you must follow our return policy.

Orders Already Processed

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. In this case, you may return the item following our return policy:

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be in brand-new, unused condition with original packaging.
Return Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and meet all return requirements.

Custom Order/ Scratch & Dent

Custom orders, special-order items, and made-to-order products are NON-CANCELLABLE and NON-RETURNABLE.
If your order includes custom or specialty parts, please ensure accuracy before placing the order.

Why Is There a Cancellation & Restocking Fee?

We strive to provide efficient order fulfillment and fast shipping, but once an order enters processing, it incurs transaction and handling costs. Our 5% processing fee covers non-refundable credit card processing fees and administrative costs. The 10% restocking fee on returns ensures proper handling and reintegration into inventory. Not Applicable to Unacknowledged Backordered Items.
