WANT TO START A RETURN?

We do not offer exchanges. If your item is defective, we’ll help you file a warranty claim and get a replacement out to you as soon as possible. Please contact us using the form below with full details and clear photos.

RETURN STATUS

If you've already submitted a return request, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Once your return is reviewed and approved, a team member will email you with confirmation.

WHERE’S MY PACKAGE?

Stance Motorsport is a small team. Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday). Your tracking link will update once the carrier picks up your package.

If your order hasn’t shipped within 5 business days, there may be an issue with your shipping address or the item may be on backorder. Check your spam folder for an update from us, or contact us at support@stancemotorsport.com.

Please double-check:

  • That you used the correct email address at checkout.
  • That there were no typos when entering your email.

WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS?

If your order is incorrect or missing items, please contact us with photos of the packing slip and the item(s) you received. We’ll fix the issue as quickly as possible.

ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Mistyped your shipping address? Email us right away with the subject: [Order #, Shipping Address], and include your correct address in the message body.

TRACKING SAYS β€œDELIVERED” BUT PACKAGE IS MISSING?

This sometimes happens. Please:

  • Check around your property.
  • Ask neighbors or building staff.
  • Wait 24 hours (carriers may mark packages as delivered early).

Still can’t locate it? File a lost package claim with the shipping carrier, then contact us.

WARRANTY CLAIM

If your order arrived defective, we're here to help. To start a warranty claim, include:

  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Photos or video of the problem.
  • Any relevant installation notes.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, if the item meets the following conditions:

  • Brand new, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Includes all accessories, manuals, and components.
  • Has not been installed, modified, or used.
  • Subject up to 15% restocking fee.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Scratch & Dent or Blemished items (final sale).
  • Items marked final sale or non-returnable.
  • Custom-made, special-order, or clearance items.
  • Electrical parts, unless defective on arrival.
