Megan Racing Short Shifter adapter is made with high strength billet Aluminum and nickel-plated for ultra-low friction and corrosion resistance. They have been designed specifically for the more aggressive tuner who demands the most extreme shifter in terms of both looks and performance
This Short Shifter adapter re-engineered pivot point (As opposed to a simple cut-down handle) and reduces the shift throw of cable-actuated gearboxes by changing the moment arm of the shifter cable

Easy install, moves neutral position forward and shortens throw from neutral to the closer gears (2, 4, R) but leaves the throw from the farther gears (1, 3, 5) the same, so throw from gear to gear is shorter but not uniform. I am happy that I did install this as the feeling of the car has changes, but if you can afford a full short throw assembly it is definitely a better option.
