Customers are responsible for proper installation and use of all products. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, racing abuse, accidents, road hazards, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Wheel Warranty Policy:
All brand-new wheels sold by Stance Motorsport include a 60-day arrival warranty covering manufacturer defects or shipping damage only. Wheels must arrive bent, cracked, or otherwise defective upon delivery to qualify for warranty coverage. Damage caused after installation or use, including potholes, impacts, improper installation, abuse, or accidents, is not covered under warranty.
If a wheel qualifies for warranty coverage, Stance Motorsport may provide:
- A replacement wheel or replacement set
- A different wheel set of equal value if the original set is unavailable or backordered
- A full refund, at our discretion
Customers must report any wheel damage within 60 days of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and product before installation or use.

All wheel orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. warehouse network. Shipping times vary based on availability and destination, with most orders processing within 2–4 business days.
Wheels may ship separately depending on inventory location. Tracking information will be provided once each shipment is dispatched.

We accept returns on eligible, unused wheels within our return window, provided they are in original packaging and have not been installed or modified.
Refunds are processed after inspection once returned items are received. Some items, including special-order and clearance wheels, may be final sale and non-returnable.
